The Winco ALRK-15 aluminum sheet pan / bun rack offers storage of up to 15 full-size (18” x 26”) or 30 half-size (18” x 13”) sheet pans in one convenient location with racks spaced 1.75” apart. This sheet pan rack is made from heavy-duty 14 gauge 6063 aluminum with 1” extruded tube frame designed to withstand daily use in busy restaurant kitchens and bakeries. This bakery rack can hold up to 400 pounds ideal for use with a variety of foods. The smooth counter-height top can be used as an additional workspace or to transport bulky objects. The (4) 5” casters allow the rack to be easily transported and maneuvered for easy relocated to different workstations. The sheet pan rack ships knocked down and is easy to assemble. Fully assembled dimensions are 20-7/8″L x 26-1/8″W x 31-5/8″H. NSF listed.
