These leaves come from the same cocoa tree that produce the cocoa bean, the source of chocolate. By using these leaves, the cocoa farmers receive a secondary source of income, making this lamp both planet friendly and fair trade. Features fossilized cocoa leaves that are hand placed onto a standard UL lampshade backing using a non-toxic adhesive, laminated and formed into a cylinder shape. The shade is handstitched onto a powder coated, wrought iron frame and uses wooden finials as feet.
