Combination of micrograin carbide substrate with high-performance coatings. Achieve 50 percent greater chip loads and 20 percent to 40 percent higher speeds than conventional end mills. Designed for cutting applications involving excessive mechanical stress. Ideally suited for use in stainless steel and exotics such as hastalloy, waspalloy, and inconel. 5-flute design for profiling and finishing applications.

• Solid carbide tools offer long tool life and faster cutting speeds than other substrates, but are more brittle and must be used with rigid toolholding systems
